Return Policy:

All sales are final. Regi Danielle Beauty does not accept returns or exchanges. We also do not accept order cancellations once 0rders have been placed and have already been shipped. 

Refund Policy:

All purchases with Regi Danielle Beauty are Non-Refundable (Tracking numbers with a ‘delivered’ or ‘returned to sender’ status are Non-Refundable). Regi Danielle Beauty is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages that were poorly handled by a mailer. 

 

Lost/Damaged/Stolen Packages:

Regi Danielle Beauty is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

 

Returned Shipments:

If there was an address error made before the consumer receives their confirmation email, there is still time for the consumer to correct their address information by contacting Regi Danielle Beauty. However, the consumer is not guaranteed that Regi Danielle Beauty will see all emails in that short time frame. Please be mindful of putting in all your correct information to avoid any packages being sent to the wrong address. 

Regi Danielle Beauty will not be held responsible for packages that are sent back due to an insufficient address. To have your order resent, email Regi Danielle Beauty your FULL Address and Order Number. There will be an additional shipping fee.
